Protein Pumpkin Loaf

Trade Pam for Avocado spray:

Avocado oil sprays can be a healthier option because they may be free of chemicals, propellants, and artificial flavors. Avocado oil can also have other benefits, such as supporting heart health and providing vitamin E and healthy fatty acids. 

Trade sugar for stevia:

Stevia is low-glycemic, so it can help you maintain healthy blood sugar levels. This can be especially helpful for people with diabetes. Stevia is made from easily identifiable components and is non-artificial.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup flour 
  • Pack of zenbodi fuel protein powder 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 8oz canned pumpkin 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin
  2. In a separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. Add dry mix into the wet mixture 
  4. Stir until combined, and pour into a sprayed loaf pan 
  5. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until done in center 
  6. Serve while warm, add powdered sugar or cinnamon for extra taste!
