Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- Pack of zenbodi fuel protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 8oz canned pumpkin
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin
- In a separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Add dry mix into the wet mixture
- Stir until combined, and pour into a sprayed loaf pan
- Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until done in center
- Serve while warm, add powdered sugar or cinnamon for extra taste!
