Ingredients

1-2 cups ice 

1 cup milk of choice

1 packet zenbodi fuel 

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg 

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Pinch of salt 

Optional toppings: crushed gingersnap cookie, whipped cream, sprinkles 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until thick and smooth. Garnish with toppings, if desired. Serve immediately!
