Returns and Refund Policy 

Zenbean LLC dba Zenbodi Lifetsyle wants to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, less any shipping charges or fees. 
 
It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays.

Our Error:  

If you received a wrong product due to our error, please return the product unopened in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense. 

 
Shipping Damage:  

If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately at support@zenbodi.com  and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense. 

 
Defective Products: 

 If you receive a product that is defective, out of date, or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.
