Blueberry vanilla protein pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 packs of Zenbodi Fuel Protein
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and protein powder- set aside.
  2. In another bowl beat together eggs and milk.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and fold the blueberries in.
  4. Heat pan over medium-low heat. Once hot,  scoop the batter onto the pan and flip once the sides of your pancake begin to bubble.
  5. Repeat until you have used all the batter.
  6. Ready to serve with butter and syrup!

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 8 people

  • Adds moisture and richness to the pancakes
