Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 packs of Zenbodi Fuel Protein
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
- Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and protein powder- set aside.
- In another bowl beat together eggs and milk.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and fold the blueberries in.
- Heat pan over medium-low heat. Once hot, scoop the batter onto the pan and flip once the sides of your pancake begin to bubble.
- Repeat until you have used all the batter.
- Ready to serve with butter and syrup!
